The contents of this website are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license covers all the material on this website not already specifically licensed.

Source code

Unless otherwise specified, source code I may publish here or on Github is licensed under the MIT License.

2. Author intent

The default copyright laws for websites are restrictive. I waive most of these rights by the above licenses. My aim in licensing work is providing a clear legal frame that allows people in professional settings to use my work. Should the above licenses not be self-explanatory, here is what I think:

Commercial use: I am fine with commercial and/or academic use of my work.
Attribution: The licenses I chose state that you should credit me somehow. In practice I do not care. I would only find rude that you present my work as your own explicitely. For instance I am fine with you copying a diagram without citing me.
Redistribution and modification: Please do. Just do not impersonate me.
